Who will we work with?
icon

Your project is led by founder and Creative Director Dave Curtin, supported by the senior specialists responsible for strategy, design and development. There is no separate account-management layer.

Do you redesign existing websites?
icon

Yes. Most of our website work begins with an existing site that no longer fits the business. We identify what should be retained, rewritten, restructured or retired before the new design begins.

Can you handle branding and website together?
icon

Yes. We can connect positioning, visual identity, voice, UX and website delivery so the brand and site work as one system. When existing branding should be retained, we design within it carefully.

Will my team be able to update the website after launch?
icon

Yes. We build maintainable CMS structures in WordPress, Webflow or Framer where appropriate, then provide training and practical guidance so your team can publish routine content without relying on a developer for every change.

How does your process work for e-commerce?
icon

We review the product range, customer journey, content, checkout requirements, analytics and operational constraints before design. For WooCommerce or Shopify projects, the goal is a clear, manageable store that supports conversion without adding unnecessary complexity.

Is technical SEO included?
icon

Every website includes technical SEO foundations such as crawlable structure, metadata templates, redirects, sitemap configuration, performance checks and analytics. Search performance also depends on competition, content and authority, so we never guarantee a particular ranking.

What is the typical investment for a project?
icon

Projects are quoted as a fixed fee based on strategy, content, functionality and technical scope. Once discovery is complete, you receive a clear proposal that explains what is included, what is optional and what your team needs to provide.

How long does a website project take?
icon

Most business websites take 6-8 weeks. More complex e-commerce or platform projects generally take 10-12 weeks. You will see progress in focused stages rather than waiting for a final reveal.

Do you write the content, or do we?
icon

We can work with supplied content, improve existing content or write new website copy where needed. Content responsibilities are agreed early so the design is built around real messaging, not placeholder text.

How soon can we start?
icon

Availability depends on current project commitments and the scope of work. If the project is a good fit, we will confirm the earliest practical start date and the steps needed to keep momentum once work begins.

You work directly with Dave Curtin and a small team of senior specialists. The people shaping the strategy stay close to design and technical delivery, so context is retained, decisions move faster and the work remains accountable.
