The Challenge
The opportunity was to make a powerful wellness offer feel easier to understand and book.
ChillMind's services combined physical intensity with a calming therapeutic promise, but the digital journey needed to make those options feel simple. Visitors had to understand classes, solo plunges and packages, feel reassured about the experience and move into booking without extra confusion or unnecessary steps.

The Solution
A calm visual identity and booking structure made the service feel more accessible from the first visit.
Visual identity, UX architecture, booking system integration and service design were organised around a more reassuring customer journey. The identity used snowflake geometry and mandala inspired structure to reflect contrast, clarity and stillness, while the booking flow organised classes, plunges and packages into a more straightforward path.

The Process
The process translated heat, cold and breath into practical design decisions.
We shaped the interface around reassurance, clarity and momentum: simple service hierarchy, clear explanations of benefits, calming visual cues and booking interactions designed to reduce uncertainty. The result was a platform that could introduce contrast therapy, support confident booking and give ChillMind a more coherent launch presence.
