The Challenge
The identity needed a clearer system that could carry the festival across every touchpoint.
Posters, programmes, digital screens and festival materials needed to feel connected while still giving different strands of programming room to stand apart. The work was less about changing the spirit of the festival and more about giving it a stronger, more consistent visual language.

The Solution
A cultural identity system brought print, motion and festival environments into one clearer language.
Brand strategy, visual identity, motion design, print architecture and environmental graphics were brought into one coherent system. The logo, brochure, programme hierarchy and festival assets were designed to support cultural credibility and day-to-day usability for audiences and organisers.

The Process
The process turned the programme into a clear, useful festival object.
We organised the printed programme around schedule clarity, strand recognition and reader flow, treating it as a keepsake without losing its job as a guide. Motion and environmental applications extended the same language, using cinema cues such as projector movement to connect digital and physical festival moments.
