The Challenge
The Competence Paradox. How do you build a reputation when your best work goes unnoticed?
Metaltech faced a challenge common to heritage engineering firms. They were so focused on delivering 1,500 units to Madrid that they hadn't paused to update their own portfolio. This created a disconnect. Their digital estate looked like a small, local fabrication shop, which belied the reality of their continental logistics operation. In a sector that runs on risk mitigation, this lack of clarity was a friction point. They didn't need a flashy makeover; they needed a tool that proved they were airworthy.
The Solution
A Digital Hangar. We moved beyond the brochure to build a compliance engine.
Procurement directors don't browse websites; they verify capabilities. Recognising this, we stripped away the marketing fluff to engineer a "Zero-Friction" interface. We treated the website as a utility, organising complex inventory by aircraft compatibility—B737, A320, Widebody—to match the mental model of a fleet manager. By bringing ISO certifications and load-bearing data to the surface, we transformed the user experience into a series of quiet, confident trust signals.
The Process
Speaking the Language. We replaced corporate jargon with the vocabulary of the tarmac.
Trust in this industry comes from precision, not adjectives. We focused the narrative on facts that speak for themselves, such as the Ryanair partnership, framing them not as boasts but as logistical proof points. We aligned the technical SEO with the specific terminology of ground crews, ensuring that when European operators search for solutions, Metaltech appears as the credible answer. It was an exercise in clarity , ensuring the digital asset appreciated in value over time.
